摘要
目的比较翼状胬肉治疗中角膜缘干细胞移植与羊膜移植疗效的差异,探讨翼状胬肉最佳的手术方法。方法选取初发性翼状胬肉,将157例183眼翼状胬肉患者随机分成A、B组,A组(81例97眼)行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术;B组(76例86眼)行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术,观察术后复发率的差异。结果 A组3例3眼翼状胬肉复发,复发率3.09%;B组15例15眼翼状胬肉复发,复发率17.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自体球结膜移植与羊膜移植治疗均为治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法,相比之下自体球结膜移植复发率更低,为治疗翼状胬肉的较好方法。
Objective To observe the effects of limbal stem cell and amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of pterygium. Methods 157 cases （183 eyes） of primary pterygium were divided into two groups（group A and group B）,81 cases（97 eyes） in group A received pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation,76 cases（86 eyes） in group B received pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane transplantation. The recurrence rate were observed and comprised. Results The recurrence rate of group A is 3.09%,the recurrence rate of group B 17.4%,there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Limbal stem cell and amniotic membrane transplantation are both effective in the treatment of pterygium.
