The Patent Information Analysis and Strategic Research of the Fifth Generation Mobile Communication Technology

摘要 基于目前国内外5G研发机构发布的白皮书和科技文献提取出关键词,利用Innography专利信息检索分析平台进行相关专利检索,分别对全球和中国5G专利的年度申请趋势、申请人、技术领域(IPC)和专利权人竞争力等进行统计分析,得出该技术领域的专利研发现状、发展趋势、竞争态势和专利布局等重要信息,从而为中国5G通信技术的发展提供战略指导意见。 First of all,the authors extract keywords from the current 5G white papers and scientific literature that domestic and foreign research institutions have published and search related to 5G patents by "INNOGRAPHY",then analyze global and Chinese 5G patents in applicants,the annual trend of applications,technological fields( IPC),and comprehensive competitiveness of patent holders. Above all,the authors draw conclusions which reflect the development status,trends,competitive situation and patent layout such important information in this technological field,and provide some strategic guidance for the development of Chinese 5G communication technologies.
