摘要
基于居家养老的视角,以北京市老旧小区红北社区为例,采用空间句法研究方法从规划层面对文娱设施的布局的位置、数量的合理度、可达性进行解析,并以生活圈理论为依据提出适老改进和优化的建议。
Using space syntax as a method,this paper examines the layout of entertainment facilities,reasonable quantity,accessibility at Hongmiaobeili Community,a typical old residential area in Beijing from the perspective of home care.It offers recommendations of improvement and optimization of adaptability to the elderly on the basis of life circle theorv.
