摘要
近年来,我国的老龄化速度持续加快,在这个过程中,解决老年人的居住问题显得越来越重要。基于此,论文首先分析了当前居住区规划建设中存在的适老问题,并在此基础上提出居住区中居家式老年住宅的布局与设计的相关内容。
In recent years,the aging rate of China continues to accelerate,in this process,it is more and more important to solve the housing problem of the elderly.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the planning and construction of residential areas for the elderly,and on this basis,puts forward the layout and design of residential areas for the elderly at home related content.
