摘要
姜黄是中国传统中药,其在医药、保健食品、普通食品等方面得到了广泛的应用。近些年试验研究发现,姜黄在护胃、保肝、降血脂、抗氧化、增强免疫力、减肥等多个保健功效方面都具有很好的作用。就姜黄的保健功效研究以及市场前景进行综述。
Curcuma longa Linn is one of Chinese traditional medical herbs,which had been widely used as medicine,health food and food at home and aboard for a long time. In recent years,the experimental studies had found that Curcuma longa Linn had the very good bioactivities including stomach-protection,liver-protection,hypolipidemic,anti-oxidation,enhancing-immunity,inhibiting obesity and other health care efficacy. The relevant studies were reviewed.
