摘要
为了解姜黄保健食品现状,通过国家食品药品监督管理总局网站数据库对其进行数据查询和统计分析。结果表明,以姜黄为主要原料的保健食品主要功能除作为色素添加在补充维生素、矿物质的保健食品外,以姜黄素为主要功效成分的增强免疫力、对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护功能的保健食品开发居多。产品剂型以片剂和胶囊为主,以姜黄为主要原料的保健食品可从其保健功能、配方配伍及剂型方面开发,不断深入研究,其功效和形式将更为多样化,并逐步走向国际市场。
To understand status of Curcuma longa Linn releted health foods,Curcuma longa Linn Releted health foods was searched and analyzed according to the data base from the State Food and Drug Administration website.The results showed that the main health care functions of Curcuma longa Linn releted health foods were not only used for pigment added to health food that supplements vitamins and minerals.The health foods with curcumin as the main active ingredient was mainly to boosting-immunity function and the protective effect on chemical liver injury.The dosage form of product mainly included tablet and capsule.Curcuma longa Linn releted health foods could be further developed by continuous improvement their health of functions,formulation composition and dosage form.The function and form of Curcuma longa Linn related health foods would be diverstfied and even enter the international market.
