摘要
目的对于反复表现消化不良症状且幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阴性的患者,进行根除Hp治疗,评价其效果。方法随机选取符合纳入标准的患者250例,行胃镜检查排除肿瘤,13C尿素呼气试验Hp阴性,给予雷贝拉唑+枸橼酸铋钾+阿莫西林+克拉霉素四联口服治疗10 d后,观察消化不良症状改善情况。结果腹胀缓解率54.8%,腹痛缓解率40.1%,嗳气缓解率56.0%,食欲改善32.4%。结论四联疗法根除Hp治疗,可以使部分Hp阴性的消化不良症状患者症状改善,为临床医师提供一种治疗思路。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of Hp eradication in patients who had repeatedly exhibiting symptoms of indigestion and with Hp negative. Methods 250 patients who rule out cancer by endoscopy with Hp negative by 13 C urea breath test were selected. The patients received standard quadruple therapy rabeprazole enteric coated tablets ＋ colloidal bismuth pectin ＋ moxicillin ＋ clarithromycin, and we observed the condition of indigestion after treatment of 10 days. Results Abdominal distension remission rate was 54.8%, the pain relief rate was 40.1%, ructusremission rate was 56.0%, appetite improvement 32.4%. Conclusion Hp eradication results in symptom improvement of indigestion in patients with Hp negative, while provided a therapeutic ideas for clinicians.
