摘要
高等职业教育的特征决定了高职师资的主流应是“双师型”教师,“双师型”教师是一个广义的概念,可分为不同的类型和层次。本文以高等职业教育为对象,立足于高职教育实际,提出“双师型”教师队伍培养方案的设计思路。
The characteristics of higher vocational education sets teaching staff the role of 'practical' teachers. It is a broad concept and could be classified into different types and levels. Start from the reality of higher vocational education, this thesis suggests how to design a practical teaching staff training scheme.
