摘要
目的:研究益气活血法对急性脑缺血大鼠血管生成的影响。方法:本课题组将大鼠为分正常组、模型组、给药组(补阳还五汤组),分别于脑梗死后3、7、14 d行脑组织切片检测每平方毫米面积内微血管的数量,观察有CD31阳性细胞表达情况。结果:与正常组及模型组相比,发现给药组大鼠缺血侧皮质梗死灶周边区微血管密度明显增多,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),给药组(G-H)各个时间点(再灌注3、7、14 d)有CD31阳性细胞表达均显著增多(P<0.01),分布密集,着色显著。结论:补阳还五汤可促进缺血侧大鼠梗死灶周边区CD3l的表达,从而可能促进了脑缺血/再灌注大鼠的血管新生,促进三级侧支循环(新生血管)代偿建立作用,改善了脑微循环。
Objective:To study the effects of supplementing Qi and activating blood on angiogenesis in rats with acute cerebral ischemia. Methods:In the experiment,the rats are divided into normal group,model group and drug delivery group(Buyang Huanwu Decoction group),and brain tissue slices were performed to detect the number of micro vessels in each mm2 area after 3 days,7 days and 14 days of cerebral infarction,respectively. And the expression of CD31 positive cells was observed. Results:Comparing with the normal group and the model group,the microvessel density in the peripheral cortex of the rats with cerebral ischemia in the drug delivery group was significantly increased,with significantly difference(P〈0.01),and the expression of CD31 positive cells was significantly increased at all time points(with reperfusion 3,7,14 d)in the treatment group(G-H),and the distribution density was significantly increased,and the coloring was significant. Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction can promote the expression of CD31 in the peripheral area of the rats with cerebral ischemia,thus it may promote the angiogenesis in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,promote the establishment of the three stage collateral circulation(new blood vessel),and improve cerebral microcirculation.
