摘要
针对高校基建项目在施工前、施工中和施工后造价管理中存在的问题,分析指出约束机制不健全、监理的参与度不足是其产生的主要原因,据此提出相应的建议对策,以期实现高校基建项目投资效益最大化。
Aiming at the problems of cost management existing in college capital construction before construction,construction and after construction,this paper analyzes the main reasons for these problems,induding the restraint mechanism is not perfect,the participation of supervision is not enough,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to maximize the investment benefits of college capital construction.
