摘要
随着我国城市化建设不断加快,社会主义市场经济的发展蒸蒸日上,各种各样的建设工程项目越来越多。在城市化的发展中,体现尤为突出的是建筑工程的项目。建筑工程项目数量的不断增加是为了满足城市化发展的实际需求,以及在通过建筑工程获取经济效益的同时发挥建筑工程的社会效益。建筑工程质量的提高需要加强对施工单位的管理。工程造价管理作为工程项目管理的重要构成部分越来越受到人们的重视,且其与建筑工程的成本投入问题有直接关系。
