摘要
工程质量管理是建筑活动的核心部分,而如何评价施工企业的工程质量管理水平是提高工程质量监管效率的重要方面。通过从建设工程质量监督机构的角度,建立了施工企业工程质量管理综合评价体系,提出了评价的方法和评价机制,对于质量监督工作有着积极的参考价值。
The engineering quality management is the key in the construction activities, and how to evaluate the engineering quality management level of the construction enterprises is an important part to improve the quality supervision efficiency. From the construction quality supervision angel, this article establish the evaluation system of the engineering quality management, then proposed the evaluation methods and mechanism, which can bring about positive value for the quality supervision.
