摘要
目的:对山东省某县乡村医生的配置和服务情况进行现状调查,分析存在的问题,对乡村医生的配置提出建议。方法:通过与某县卫生局领导、乡村医生代表进行交流座谈,了解乡村医生的配置、工作等情况,听取建议。结果:该县乡村医生配置虚高,乡村医生老龄化,学历结构偏低,社会保障水平低。结论:村医生配置要综合考虑影响因素而不能单纯按照工作量来配置,积极解决乡村医生的养老问题,注重提高乡村医生服务水平。
Objective To investigate the status quo of rural doctors＇ configuration and service in a county of Shandong province,to analyze the problems and to make recommendations.Methods Forum was held among Health Bureau leaders and representatives of rural doctors to explore the configuration status of rural doctors in the county.Results The configuration standards of rural doctors were relatively high.The rural doctors had problems of aging,low educational background,and low level of social security.Conclusions It is necessary to comprehensively considerate the related factors rather than simply configure rural doctors on the basis of workload,to guarantee rural doctors＇ endowment insurance,and to improve the capability of rural doctors.
