摘要
作者运用Excel2010等技术方法对贵州省基层卫生机构人力资源的相关数据进行整理、计算、分析并提出启示:需要进一步培养卫生人员,特别是注册护士和全科医生;鼓励继续教育,提高卫生人员的学历水平;畅通职称晋升渠道。
In order to analyze health human resources allocation in primary health institutions in Guizhou prov. ince, and provide scientific basis for optimizing human resourcesallocation, the author uses Excel2010 and other technical methods to sort out, calculate and analyze the relevant data, and obtains the relevant index data, which sug. gest the need for further training of health staff, particularly registered nurses and general practitioners, encouraging continuing education and improve the educational level of health staff, and unimpeding professional title promotion channels .
