概述了羊乳的食用历史及开发现状,综述了羊乳营养成分、已经证实的"健康声称"以及生理功能特性的研究进展,为以羊乳为原料开发相关食品提供科学依据。
This article summarized the consumption history and pharmacological effects of goat milk and sheep milk,reviewed research progress on nutritional components, "healthy claims"which had been proved and other potential physiological features of goat milk and sheep milk to provide scientific evidence for development of goat milk and sheep milk.
