摘要
目的了解云南省农村35岁及以上居民糖尿病的患病现状及与体质指数和腰围的关系.方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法从云南省大姚县抽取2 479名≥35岁常住居民进行现场问卷调查和体格检查.结果大姚县农村居民的糖尿病患病率为6.1%,其中男性为7.1%,女性为5.1%;男性患病率高于女性(P<0.05).糖尿病的患病率随年龄的增加而升高(P<0.01),随收入的增加而降低(P<0.01).女性的低体重率和中心性肥胖率比男性高(P<0.05);低体重率和中心性肥胖率有随年龄增加而上升的趋势(P<0.01);中心性肥胖率随收入的增加而降低(P<0.01).糖尿病患病的危险性均随腰围和BMI指数的增加而增加(P<0.01),肥胖者和中心性肥胖者患糖尿病的危险性是正常体重人群的2.285倍和2.98倍.结论应采取措施减少肥胖和中心性肥胖的发生,从而降低糖尿病的患病率.
Objective To analyze the relationship between prevalence of diabetes and body mass index（ BMI） and waist circumference（ WC） in rural Yunnan Province. Methods Multistage stratified random sampling method was used to select representative sample of 2 479 rural residents aged 35 years and over from Da Yao County. Each participant received questionnaire interview and physical examination. Results The overall prevalence of diabetes was 6.1%, and was 7.1% for males, 5.1% for females in the study region. Males had higher prevalence of diabetes than females（ P〈0.05）. Prevalence of diabetes increased with age, whereas decreased when income rising（ P〈0.01）. Prevalence rates of low body weight and central obesity were higher in women than in men（ P〈0.01）, and decreased with income（ P〈0.01）. The risk of diabetes increased with BMI and WC（ P〈0.01）.Obese and central obese people had 2.285 and 2.98 times higher risk of being diabetic than their counterparts. Conclusion It is necessary to take measures to reduce prevalence of both obesity and central obesity,so as to decrease the occurrence of diabetes.
