摘要
现代工业系统集成度和复杂度的提升使得依据机理建立复杂工程系统的精确模型日趋困难.有效利用设备运行中生成的大量数据和其他知识,实现对复杂工程系统的故障预测和健康管理是保障复杂工程系统安全高效运行亟待解决的问题.故障预测是复杂工程系统健康管理的核心技术.从故障预测的发展历史、概念和方法分类等方面论述故障预测研究现状,并对基于数据的故障预测技术研究方向进行展望.
The gradual improvements of integrated level and complexity in modern industrial systems have dramatically added the difficulty of precise mechanism modeling.It is urgent to utilize the numerous data collected from the equipment operation and other related knowledge to implement the prognostic and health management(PHM)for complex industrial systems.Prognostic is the core technology for PHM.The history,conception, methods of PHM,and prognostic in particular were reviewed.Finally,the perspective of data-based fault prognosis and associated research topics were briefly explored and discussed.
