数控设备故障预测和健康管理的维修保障系统 被引量:5

摘要 为提高数控设备的使用寿命及使用效率,引用当前国外装备维修保障最新技术——故障预测与健康管理(prognostics and health management,PHM),构建了基于PHM的数控设备维修保障系统。该系统能极大提高数控设备故障诊断能力,并可对设备未来的使用情况和剩余寿命进行有效预测。通过对数控设备智能保障系统的研究、设计,介绍其实现的关键技术及方法。在应用PHM系统需要解决的关键技术中重点论述了故障预测技术、预测的难点及方法。 To improve the service life and efficiency of numerical control (NC) equipment, the latest foreign technology for equipment maintenance support- prognostics and health management is brought in to establish a NC equipment maintenance support system based on PHM. This system can considerably improve the fault diagnosis ability of NC equipment and effectively forecast the future use and remaining life span of equipment. Through the study and design of the intelligent NC equipment support system, the key technologies and methods for its implementation are introduced. As for the key technologies requiring solutions in the application of PHM system, focus is placed on the discussion about failure prognostics technologies, prognostic difficulties and methods.
