摘要
本论文主要从中职院校目前所应用的市场营销教学模式入手,研究和探讨了教师需要承担的工作任务、使用的教学方法等。新形式下,中职院校要想保证市场营销教学的顺利进行,就应该明确该专业的教学目标,丰富教学方法,完善教学的考核体系以及做好实践创新教学工作,只有这样培养出来的营销人才才能满足当今社会的发展需求。
Starting from the teaching mode of marketing teaching currently apphed in secondary vocational schools, this paper re- searches and explores the working tasks teachers need to shoul- der and the methods they should use. Under the new situation, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing teaching, sec- ondary vocational schools should make clear the teaching objec- tives of the specialty, enrich the teaching methods, improve the teaching evaluation system and well practice innovative teaching. Only in this ways can we cultivate marketing talents meeting the development of the present society.
