摘要
全面测试了从某纯电动汽车退运的锰酸锂电池系统中各电池的容量、内阻、容量保持率等关键性能参数,统计分析了电池相关参数的变化及分布规律;同时测试并分析了退运电动汽车电池的充电容量、放电容量、容量保持率与电池内阻的关系,并研究了退运电动汽车电池的低温放电性能,提出了退运动力电池二次应用时的建议。
The capacity, internal resistance and capacity retention ratio of cells were tested for one retired electric vehicle battery system. The change and distribution rules of these parameters were analyzed. At the same time, the statistic of the mean value of charge capacity, discharge capacity and capacity retention ratio were carried out for the cells with different internal resistance. The relationship between the charge capacity, discharge capacity, capacity retention ratio and the internal resistance were founded, these relationships had also been analyzed. At last, the low temperature performance was researched, and the applied suggestion for secondary use was proposed.
