摘要
针对电动汽车退役的储能电池梯次利用问题,根据国标GB/27930—2015,利用C#语言,开发了一套电动汽车储能电池梯次利用测试系统。文中给出了测试方法和流程,设计了系统总体结构、硬件设计和通信设计,详细说明系统的硬件组成。系统通过CAN和RS485两种通信相结合的方式,实现了上位机和各个硬件部分通信的具体实现方式;通过测试系统的测试实例,说明了该系统的实用性和有效性。
According to GB/27930—2015 and C#language,a test system for cascade utilization of energy storage batteries in electric vehicles was developed to solve the problem of cascade utilization of retired energy storage batteries.The test method and process are given.The overall structure,hardware design and communication design of the system are designed.The hardware composition of the system is described in detail.The system realizes the communication between the host computer and each hardware part by combining CAN and RS485.The practicability and effectiveness of the system are illustrated by the test example of the test system.
