摘要
目的:探讨自拟ABO抗体中药汤剂治疗ABO溶血患者血清胆红素水平和治疗疗效,能够为临床治疗ABO产前溶血患者提供参考。方法:选自2010年5月—2015年5月期间医院收住的60例ABO产前溶血患者,采用自拟ABO抗体中药汤剂治疗。所有患者治疗疗程均为1个月。采集外周静脉血2 m L于治疗前后检测总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)和间接胆红素(indirect bilirubin,IBIL)水平及免疫功能水平对比分析,观察疗程结束后总有效率。结果:疗程结束后血清TBIL和IBIL水平低于治疗前,且有极显著性差异(P<0.01);疗程结束后Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平较治疗前明显增加,且有极显著性差异(P<0.01);疗程结束后本组60例患者显效38例、显效率为63.33%,好转19例、好转率为31.67%,无效3例、无效率为5.00%,总有效率为95.00%。结论:自拟ABO抗体中药汤剂治疗ABO溶血患者,能够降低患者血清胆红素水平,提高免疫功能,且药物治疗疗效明显。
Objective： To investigate the effect of self- made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on serum bilirubin level of ABO hemolysis to provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Method： From May 2010 to May 2015 in our hospital,a total of 6 0 cases of ABO hemolytic patients were treated for 1 month. The total bilirubin（ TBIL） and indirect bilirubin（ IBIL） and immune function were detected by 2 m L in the peripheral blood and the total effective rate was observed after the treatment. Results： After treatment,serum TBIL and IBIL levels were significantly lower than those before treatment and there were significant differences（ P〈0. 01）. The levels of Ig G,Ig M and Ig A were significantly increased and there were significant differences（ P〈0. 01）. Among 60 cases,there were 38 cases markedly effective and the effective rate was 63. 33%; 19 cases improved and the improvement rate 31. 67%; 3 cases invalid and the effective rate 5%. The total effective rate was 95%. Conclusion： Self- made Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction can reduce the level of serum bilirubin and improve immune function,with obvious efficacy when treating ABO hemolytsis.
