摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析王平教授对癌病术后的用药经验。方法:收集整理其对癌病术后有较好疗效的病案,通过中医传承辅助系统集成的数据挖掘方法,分析癌病术后的用药经验。结果:对筛选出的49个处方、155味中药进行分析,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则,演化得到核心组合9个、新处方9个。结论:王教授运用培补元气以扶正、解毒散结以祛邪治疗癌病术后疗效较好。
Objective：Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Suport System（TCMISS）to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions given by Profssor WANG Ping for cancer after surgery. Methods：Collecting the prescriptions having a good effect of cancer after surgery,by using the excavation method from the integration of TCMISS to analyze composing principles. Results：Based on the analysis of 121 cases of prescriptions and 154 herbs,the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were determined,9 new core-combinations and presciptions are mined from the database. Conclusion：The treatment effect of cancer after surgery is obvious by using the method of nourishing Yuanqi and relieving congestion.
