摘要
强度、疲劳与稳定性是波纹管的主要力学性能指标,在波纹管设计过程中必须全面考虑。建立外压和轴向拉伸位移作用下的波纹管有限元模型,采用ASMEⅧ-2中极限载荷分析、屈曲分析以及弹塑性疲劳分析方法进行计算。结果表明,极限载荷分析可以较为准确地确定波纹管的极限载荷,且对波纹管设计参数和结构尺寸没有限制;屈曲分析可以确定波纹管失稳上限载荷;弹塑性疲劳分析可以预测波纹管的失效位置和疲劳寿命。本文的计算研究对波纹管设计具有一定的参考价值。
Strength,fatigue and stability are the main mechanical performance of bellows,and must be fully considered in the design process. The finite element model of bellows under external pressure and axial extension loads is established,and limit-load analysis,buckling analysis and elastic-plastic fatigue analysis of ASME Ⅷ- 2 are applied. The analysis results show that limit-load analysis can accurately determine the limit load of the bellows,and have no restriction on design parameters and structural dimensions of the bellows;buckling analysis can determine the bellows' buckling limit load;elastic-plastic fatigue analysis can predict failure position and the fatigue life of the bellows. The results of the study have a certain reference value for designing bellows.
