摘要
设计特殊齿形的齿轮提高齿轮泵的排量;对主、从动轮啮合过程及接触强度进行了分析校核。将不同模数的齿轮进行叠加组合,设计双模数主、从动齿轮,提高齿轮啮合过程中的容积变化量;以刚度、阻尼、摩擦系数组成的系统来代替油膜,模拟主、从动齿轮的工作过程,再利用Workbench对主、从动齿轮进行接触有限元分析。计算分析结果表明:大齿啮合时X、Y最大接触力为6780N和5400N,小齿啮合时X、Y最大接触力为6560N和5300N,主、从动齿轮的强度能够满足使用要求。
Special tooth gear was designed to improve the flow of gear pump,and the meshing process and the contact strength of the main,driven wheel was analyzed.Overlaying the different modulus,the double module of the main-driven gear was designed to increase the amount of volume changes in meshing process of the gear;The working process of main-driven gear was simulated with the composition system of rigidity,damping,friction coefficient instead of oil film.The main-driven gear contact was analyzed by the use of Workbench software;Calculation results show that the flow of two-mode gear pump is twice of the volume and the strength of the main-driven gear meets the requirements.
