摘要
金属波纹管膨胀节是现代受热管网和设备进行热补偿的关键部件之一,其在使用或加工制造过程中极易在波峰和端波侧壁处发生磕碰,形成凹坑缺陷,导致产品报废。参考GB/T 19624-2019标准,并结合有限元分析获得缺陷波纹管的最高运行工作压力,同时对含体积型缺陷波纹管进行疲劳寿命分析和试验研究,结果表明,波峰或侧壁的缺陷宽度与波厚之比约小于0.25(深度为缺陷宽度的1/2)时,依然满足承压条件,且波纹管体积缺陷不影响其疲劳寿命。提出了含体积型缺陷波纹管允许工作压力及疲劳寿命的评估方法,为在役产品可靠性评估提供参考。
Metal bellows expansion joint is one of the key components of modern heating pipe network and equipment for thermal compensation. Bumps are easy to take place on crest and sidewalls of end corrugation during the use or processing of it,which will result in pit defects and cause product scrapping. The maximum operating pressure of bellows containing volumetric defects was obtained through finite element analysis with reference to GB/T 19624-2019,and fatigue life of defective bellows were analyzed and experimentally studied. The results show bellows containing volumetric defects can still meet pressure requirements and the defects won’t affect fatigue life of the bellows when the ratio of the crest and sidewall defect width to the bellows thickness is less than 0.25( the depth of the defects is half of defect width). Moreover,a method for evaluating allowable working pressure and fatigue life of bellows containing volumetric defects was proposed,which can provide a reference for reliability evaluation of in-service products.
