摘要
目的:通过分析各省市医疗机构及相关卫生健康数据,判断医疗投入与健康收益的协调发展状况并对其进行综合评价。方法:综合采用耦合模型及协调度函数。结果:总体上,我国的医疗投入与健康收益处于拮抗磨合阶段。大部分省市的医疗机构处于勉强协调或不协调状态,其医疗投入成本远超于健康收益。结论:需提高医疗投入的利用率,充分运用现有的医疗资源,进一步提高医院管理效率,否则医疗投入与健康收益之间协调发展状况将有恶化的趋势。
Objective：Through analyzing the medical institutions and related health data,it made judgment comprehensive analy.sis on the coordinated development status of healthcare input and health benefits.Methods：The coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree function were applied.Results：Overall,health investment and health benefits in China were in the antagonistic stage,which meant that most provinces were in discordant status.Conclusion：It needed to improve the health investment efficien.cy,make full use of the current medical resources and further promote hospital management efficiency.Otherwise,the coordinated development between health investment and health benefits would be in a worsening trend.
