摘要
以广藿香为供试材料,采用盆栽试验方法,研究不同土壤水分对广藿香叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,土壤水分胁迫对广藿香初始荧光(F_0)、最大荧光(F_m)、可变荧光(F_v)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ电子传递量子产率(ΦPSⅡ)均有显著影响(P<0.05);随着土壤水分胁迫强度增大和胁迫时间的延长,广藿香光化学效率(F_v/F_m)呈下降趋势,下降程度表现为土壤田间最大持水量的20%(RWC 20%)>土壤田间最大持水量的95%(RWC 95%)>土壤田间最大持水量的40%(RWC 40%)>土壤田间最大持水量的80%(RWC 80%)>土壤田间最大持水量的60%(RWC 60%);RWC 60%处理广藿香叶绿素荧光参数水平最佳,此土壤水分条件有利于广藿香生长。
The effects of different soil water contents on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. were stud- ied by using a pot experiment. The results showed that soil water stress had significant effects (P 〉 0.05 ) on Pogostemon cablin (Blanco)Benth. initial fluorescence( F0 ), maximum fluorescence ( Fm, ), variable fluorescence ( Fv ), maximal photochemical efficiency ( Fv/Fm ) and quantum yield of PSllelectron transport( ΦPSⅡ) ; with the increasing of water stress intensity and the extending of stress time, the photochemical efficiency (Fo/F) of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco)Benth. decreased presenting as RWC 20% 〉 RWC 95% 〉 RWC 40% 〉 RWC 80% 〉 RWC 60% ; the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under the condition of RWC 60% were optimal, these soil water conditions were more suitable for the growth of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth.
