威远-长宁地区页岩气压裂返排液回用技术研究与应用 被引量:33

摘要 中国页岩气开发进展迅速,但页岩气开发对水资源的消耗和对环境的影响不可忽视。将页岩气压裂返排液进行处理回用将减少对水资源的消耗和对环境的伤害。结合威远-长宁地区返排液成分分析,初步认为影响返排液回用的主要因素是返排液中的离子种类和含量,通过室内研究提出了采用稀释法、抗盐降阻剂等方法。现场实践表明:在页岩气开发初期采用稀释法或抗盐降阻剂对返排液加以回收利用是可行的,可根据返排液水质特点、工艺需求和成本核算形成不同处理方案。 Since the exploration of shale gas in China has been rapidly developed and progressed,the effects of shale gas exploration on water resource consumption and environment cannot be ignored. Therefore,proper disposal and recycling of flowback fluid of shale gas fracturing can definitely help decrease the water consumption and mitigate the damage to environment.Based on the component analysis,main factors affecting reusing of flowback fluid are preliminarily indentified as ion species and content. And some ways like dilution method and salt- resisting friction reducer have been proposed with the help of in- house study. On- field practice has proved that it is applicable to use dilution method and salt- resisting friction reducer for recycling and reusing flowback fluid in the initial stage of shale gas exploration. Different disposal schemes should be decided by water quality of flowback fluid,techniques needs and cost accounting.
