摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,查阅大量历史文献资料,从历史的角度回顾体育院校设立的初衷、转型发展、演进态势和职能转变;从现实的角度探索体育院校在竞技强国建设中发挥的重要作用,深入分析体育院校在发展进程中存在的问题,深刻剖析问题存在的原因。研究认为:新时代、新挑战、新形势下,体育院校要进一步在需求和职能上勇担使命,着力提升人才培养质量、科研攻关服务能力、体育文化传承与创新影响力和对外交流层次,当好竞技强国建设的"人才库""智慧库""传播者"和"交流者";要进一步在办学属性和理念上勇于担当,牢牢把握体育院校特色属性,坚持贯彻发展新理念,不断探索发展新模式,充分发挥体育院校的整体优势,为竞技强国建设和民族伟大复兴汇聚更多智慧、贡献更强力量。
By using the methods of documentation and expert interview,checking a large number of historical documents,this study reviewed the original intention,transformation and development,evolution trend and function transformation of sports colleges from a historical point of view,explored the important role of sports colleges in the construction of competitive sports power from a realistic point of view,deeply analyzed the problems existing in the development process of sports colleges and universities,and deeply analyzed the reasons for the problems.The research held that in the new era,new challenges and new situations,sports colleges should further shoulder their missions in terms of needs and functions,strive to improve the quality of personnel training,the ability of scientific research and service,the influence of sports culture inheritance and innovation,and the level of foreign exchange,so as to be a“talent pool”,“wisdom pool”,“disseminator”and“communicator”in the construction of competitive sports power.And they should also take the responsibility in school-running attributes and concepts,firmly grasp the characteristics of sports colleges and universities,adhere to the new concept of development,constantly explore new models of development,give full play to the overall advantages of sports colleges and universities,and gather more wisdom and contribute more strength to the construction of competitive power and the great rejuvenation of the nation.
