摘要
                
                    秦汉社会转型变局下,士人群体传统食禄模式遭遇困境与冲突,两汉士大夫官僚为此作出因应与调整,形成新的食禄心态与取向。这一食禄心态的表现包括:"仕不为禄""禄不为己"及多分俸之举等。这些倾向的发生,既源自士人们从先秦时代开始形成的对任何形式的"受财"均保持警惕的传统,受到儒家"义利对立观"的直接作用,同时也离不开道家与周易思想的长期濡染,并且有可能受到了两汉豪放尚侠社会风气的影响。但"干禄不为贪"口号的提出,从本质上看,或是两汉士人阶层面对经济地位已然不独立的不利状况,努力保持对禄食的最小依赖,重新寻回理论与精神平衡的独特应对之道。
                
                In the transformation situation between the Qin and Han Dynasty,the salary using tradition of intellectuals confronted troubles and conflicts. According to this, intellectuals at that time took some adjustments conforming to the new salary-using attitude and orientation. The special salary using attitude concluded: being government officer was not for salary; the salary was not for himself; sharing salary. The occurrence of these tendencies was both from the traditional vigilance to accepting any form of 'wealth'and the view from Confucianism that morality was antithetic to benefits. Moreover,Zhouyi and the admiring of chivalry also acted on it. In essence,the appearance of the slogan 'using salary,not lusting for it,was the response of literati class in Han Dynasty to maintain a minimum dependence for salary and keep a balance between theory and spirit.
