摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出一系列含正辛胺的正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)石材保护剂,将其应用于砂岩石上形成保护膜,并对该材料的防水性、耐化学介质性和耐热性进行分析研究。结果表明:正辛胺的加入量为0.02%(体积百分数)时防水效果和耐化学介质腐蚀性最佳;正辛胺的加入量为0.01%(体积百分数)时耐热性最佳。而且说明只需加入很少的正辛胺就可以提高石材保护剂的性能,高效低成本的石材保护剂有利于大规模的进行应用推广等优点。
A series of tetraethoxysilane stone protectants with n-octyamine was prepared by sol-gel method,and coated on the sand rock.It was researched and analyzed that various performance of protective materials included hydrophobicity,resistance to chemical reagents and heat resistance.The results showed that the addition amount of 0.02%(volume percentage)of n-octyamine had the best waterproof effect and resistance to chemical corrosion.The addition amount of 0.01%(volume percentage)of n-octyamine had the best heat resistance.And that,there were many advantages that a fewn-octyamine can improve the performance of the stone protectant,efficient and low cost were propitious to applicate the stone protectant on a large scale,etc.
