摘要
目的:观察宣肺化湿止咳汤治疗感染后咳嗽湿热郁肺证的有效性及安全性。方法:采用随机、对照的临床试验方法,其中治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予宣肺化湿止咳汤,对照组给予用复方甘草片治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,观察患者治疗前后总疗效、中医证候总积分,咳嗽敏感试验变化。结果:治疗组在总疗效、中医证候总积分,咳嗽敏感试验及安全性方面均优于对照组。结论:宣肺化湿止咳汤治疗感染后咳嗽湿热郁肺证疗效确切,安全性好,降低咳嗽敏感性,优于西医常规治疗。
Objective： To analyze the efficacy and safety of Xuanfei Huashi Zhike Decoction for cough（dampness-heat obstructing in lung syndrome） due to infection. Methods： 60 Patients were randomly divided into treatment group（Xuanfei Huashi Zhike Decoction） and control group（loratadine and Compound Liquorice）, 30 cases in each group. The treatment course lasted 4 weeks, overall efficacy, TCM syndrome integral, cough sensitivity and complication was recorded. Results： Treatment group was superior over control group in overall efficacy, TCM syndrome integral, cough sensitivity and safety. Conclusion： Xuanfei Huashi Zhike Decoction can obviously improve cough and relevant symptoms of patients with dampness-heat obstructing syndrome of cough due to infectious and improve their life qualities. Its long term clinical effect is good and superior to routine western medicine treatment.
