摘要
针对航空发动机功率分出轴(PTO)耐久性试验台在控制精度、响应速度以及可靠性等方面的特殊要求,设计了一套以S7-300 PLC为核心的监控系统。系统采用双层网络结构,提高了通信速率与稳定性。通过模块化程序设计方法,实现了实验全过程的自动控制,重点实现了扭矩加载和活动支架横向位移等模拟量的精确控制。实践证明,该系统操作方便,运行可靠,控制精确,实现了全部的设计要求。
In accordance with the special requirements of the durability test bench for aircraft engine power take-off( PTO) shaft upon control accuracy,response speed and reliability,etc.,the monitoring system with S7-300 PLC as the core has been designed. The two-layer network structure is adopted for the system to increase the communication rate and stability; through modularized program design method,the whole process of automatic control is implemented,especially the precise analog controls for torque loading and movable bracket lateral displacement are implemented. The practice proves that the system is easy to operate,stable in operation,accurate in control,and all of the design requirements are realized.
