摘要
以工业锅炉为被控对象,以安全、稳定、低碳为生产目标,根据工艺流程,结合锅炉实际装置的操作经验,对整个锅炉控制系统的汽包水位、蒸汽压力、送风量、炉膛负压和过热蒸汽温度等进行了对象特性分析,将工业锅炉的控制划分为给水控制系统、燃烧控制系统和过热蒸汽控制系统三部分。采用高级多功能过程控制实训系统(SMPT-1000)以及西门子过程控制系统PCS7来实施验证所设计的锅炉控制系统,并在保证控制目标的前提下模拟实现了锅炉的升降负荷。实验结果表明该控制系统能很好地满足控制要求。
Taking the industrial boiler as the controlled object, and the safety, stablization and low-carbon as the production target, the boiler system is designed based on the process of the industrial boilers and the operating experience of the experimental boiler device. The characteristics of the overall boiler system are analyzed, such as drum level, steam pressure, air flow, furnace pressure, and superheated steam temperature, and the boiler control system is divided into three parts, including feed water control system, combus- tion control system and superheated stem control system. The program is realized by PCS7 process control system and the super multifunction process control training system (SMPT-1000), and the movements of boiler load in ensuring the control objects are simulated. The experimental results show that the control system perfectly meets the control requirements.
