摘要
针对煤层气钻井施工中钻机起下钻作业操作程序复杂,辅助时间长,影响钻井效率的问题,设计一款用于煤层气钻机的快速起下钻提引装置。该装置结构紧凑合理、工艺适应性强;使用了卡瓦楔形滑槽夹紧,提篮松开的结构,在钻机起下钻作业中以提引装置夹紧钻杆代替螺纹联接,配合回转器完成钻杆的提升与下放,操作简单,减少辅助时间,提高钻井效率。同时使用自密封浮动芯管结构及液压增压,实现提引装置与钻具间的密封,起下钻作业中可直接通入泥浆进行划眼,提高处理钻孔事故能力。
According to the complicated operation, long auxiliary time, low drilling efficiency of pipe trip in coal-seam gas drilling operation, a clamp used in quick pipe trip is designed. This device has a compact structure, high manufacturability. The traditional thread connection is replaced with clamping by using wedge structure and basket-type structure,which has advantage of simple operation, short auxiliary time and high drilling efficiency. The seal between clamp and drilling pipe is realized by using floating core tube structure. The mud can be pumped in the drilling pipe directly for reaming.The processing ability of borehole accident is improved.
