摘要
管柱的上卸扣作业是起下钻作业中的关键环节,目前国内外钻修井作业中的管柱上卸扣装置以动力大钳、铁钻工为主。在介绍石油管柱上卸扣装置技术发展过程的基础上,对国内外石油管柱上卸扣技术现状进行了说明。主要介绍了美国Weatherford、Eckel及奥格公司动力大钳的性能及特点,同时也介绍了江苏如石机械公司、盐城特达钻采设备公司和宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司动力大钳的性能及特点。建议国内的管柱上卸扣装置应开展系统自动化、控制系统模块化数字化及斜直井钻机专用上卸扣装置的研究工作。
The current situation of the oilwell string makeup and breakout technology at home and abroad was presented on the basis of introducing the development process of the technology. The introduction mainly focused on the performance and feature of the power tongs made by American companies such as Weatherford, Eckel and Na- tional Oilwell Varco. The performance and feature of the power tongs made by domestic companies such as Jiangsu Rushi Machinery Co. , Ltd. , Yangcheng Teda Drilling & Production Equipment Co. , Ltd. and Baoji Oilfield Ma- chinery Co. , Ltd. were also introduced. It is suggested that the research work at home should be conducted in sys- tem automation, control system modularization and digitalization concerning the string makeup and breakout device as well as in the makeup and breakout device specially used by the drilling rig of deviated well.
