摘要
设计了一种分负载格构式煤层气车载钻机的钻塔,并采用数值模拟的方法进行了强度校核,优化了钻塔斜支撑结构,使钻塔上部的变形量降低30%,最大等效应力降低40%;改进了钻塔腹杆结构,使钻塔上部的变形量降低14%。
A new lattice derrick with separated load for CBM carrier mounted rig was designed, and then its strength was checked using numerical simulation method. According to the numerical simulation result, the inclined brace was optimized, and the upper derrick's deformation decreased by 30%, and the equivalent stress decreased by 40%; the web member was improved, and that made the upper derrick's deformation decreased by 14%.
