摘要
在我国社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养过程中,由于实践教学环节薄弱,导致学生实践能力不强,难以满足社会的实际需求。校内实训基地是培养学生实践能力和综合职业素质的重要场所,也是培养高素质应用型人才的重要保障。该文在阐述新时期我国社会体育指导与管理专业校内实践基地建设意义的基础上,分析了校内实训基地建设的教育效益、社会效益和经济效益。希望各院校能充分认识到校内实训基地在社会体育专业人才培养中的作用,重视校内实训基地建设。
In our country social sports guidance and management of professional talents cultivation process,because of the practical teaching link is weak,lead to students＇ practical ability is not strong and difficult to meet the actual demand of the society. Practice base is to cultivate students＇ practice ability and the comprehensive professional quality important place,but also an important guarantee of training high-quality practical talents.This article in the new period our country social sports guidance and management professional campus practice base construction significance,on the basis of analysis of the school education of practice training base construction benefits,social benefits and economic benefits.Hope schools can fully realize the school training base in the role of social sports professional personnel training,attach importance to the campus construction of training base.
