摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法对湖北省高校社会体育本科专业培养方案中存在的主要问题进行深入探讨。结果表明:培养方案雷同现象相当严重;培养规格不能满足社会需要;课程体系与课程设置不科学、缺乏专业特色;实践教学环节薄弱,职业教育缺乏。研究认为:只有以市场需求为导向,明确培养目标,优化课程设置,结合各校特色专业或地理区位优势打造优势社会体育专业品牌,同时要加强校际间交流与合作,才能取得良好的办学效益。
In this paper, the authors studied the educational program of social sports specialty in university in Hubei province by using literature material, interview and logic reasoning methods. The results were as follows： the educational programs is identical seriously; training specifications cannot meet the needs of social; curriculum system and setting is not scientific, and lack of professional characteristics ; practical teaching is weak and lack of occupation education. It proposed that we must be with market demand oriented, clear training objectives and curriculum optimization, moreover, only we make advantages of social sports professional brand by combining with the characteristics of professional schools or geographic area the advantage, to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, can we obtain good benefit of running school.
