摘要
目的探讨水激光治疗在阻生牙拔除术中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年7月~2015年1月收治的90例行阻生牙拔除术患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组给予水激光联合阻生牙拔除术治疗,对照组采用常规阻生牙拔除术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的手术时间、张口受限度、愈合周期以及疼痛、肿胀情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论水激光治疗在阻生牙拔除术中的应用效果显著,可减轻术后组织疼痛、肿胀现象,缩短愈合周期,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of watwelase chemo-mechcnical technique during mandibular wisdom teeth extraction. Methods 90 patients underwent mandibular wisdom teeth extraction from July 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with watwelase chemo-mechcnical technique combined with mandibular wisdom teeth extraction,the control group was treated with routine mandibular wisdom teeth extraction.The therapy effect was compared between two groups. Results The operation time,degree of limitation of open mouth,healing period,pain and swelling in treatment group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application effect of watwelase chemo-mechcnical technique in the treatment of mandibular wisdom teeth extraction is remarkable,which can alleviate postoperative tissue pain and swelling,shorten the healing period,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
