摘要
目的:探讨微创器械在上前牙区埋伏多生牙拔除术中的应用效果。方法:将本院2019年1月~12月单颗上前牙区埋伏多生牙拔除术患者100例随机纳入观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用微创拔牙刀、超声骨刀等微创器械,对照组采用骨凿、牙挺配合敲击,比较分析两组手术时间、患者配合度、术后疼痛、肿胀情况。结果:观察组手术时间缩短,Frankl分值升高,术后疼痛、肿胀均减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微创拔牙刀、超声骨刀等微创器械行上前牙区埋伏多生牙拔除术能明显缩短手术时间,提升患者配合度,减轻术后反应。
Objective:To explore the application effect of minimally invasive instruments in extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth in maxillary anterior region.Methods:From January to December 2019,100 cases of extraction of single impacted supernumerary teeth in maxillary anterior region were randomly and averagely enrolled into the observation group and the control group.50 cases in each group.The observation group used minimally invasive instruments such as minimally invasive extraction knife and ultrasonic osteotome,while the control group used bone-chisel and dental elevator combined with hammer.The operation time,patient cooperation,postoperative pain and swelling were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time was shortened,the Frankl scores was increased,the postoperative pain and swelling were reduced in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive instruments can shorten the operation time,improve the cooperation degree of patients and reduce the postoperative reaction.
