摘要
目的观察行气导滞通腑方联合推拿治疗儿童功能性便秘(实证)的临床疗效。方法选择符合研究条件的患儿94例,随机分为2组,治疗组47例用行气导滞通腑方联合推拿治疗,对照组47例单用行气导滞通腑方治疗,治疗2周后观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85.1%,对照组为68.1%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后症状积分比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论行气导滞通腑方联合推拿治疗儿童功能性便秘(实证)疗效显著,可明显改善患儿便秘症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingqi Daozhi Tongfu Fang combined with massage therapy on children with functional constipation （ excess syndrome）. Methods 94 cases of patients that met the study criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The 47 cases in the treatment group were treated by Xingqi Daozhi Tongfu Fang combined with massage therapy. 47 cases in the control group were treated only by Xingqi Daozhi Tongfu Fang. After 2 weeks＇ treatment, the efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.1% and that in the control group was 68.1% , the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingqi Daozhi Tongfu Fang combined with massage therapy has significant effect on children with functional constipation （excess syndrome） and can significantly improve the symptoms of constipation in children.
