摘要
目的:探讨乳果糖口服联合枯草杆菌二联活菌治疗功能性便秘患儿的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年3月,本院收治的100例功能性例秘患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患儿给予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予乳果糖口服。比较2组疗效、胃肠功能改善情况及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为96.0%高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿胃泌素和胃动素水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.0%,高于对照组的4.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳果糖可提高功能性便秘患儿治疗效果,改善胃肠功能,且安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orally administering lactulose plus double live bacillus subtilis in the treatment of functional constipation(FC).Methods Randomly divided 100 FC pediatric patients treated in author’s hospital(2021-03-2022-03)into control group 50 cases,orally administered live(granules)and observation group(50 cases,based on control group,added with lactulose);then,compared both groups’effect,the status on gastrointestinal function improved,and unward reaction.Results In total effective rate observation group was higher than control group(96.0%vs 84.0%,P<0.05);after treatment the levels of motilin and gastrin of both groups were all increased(P<0.05),and observation group also higher than control group(P<0.05);in unward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lactulose can enhance FC’s treatment efficacy,and improve gastrointestinal function,which has high safety,thus is worthy to be popularized.
