摘要
目的:观察二术止泻汤对脾虚泄泻模型小鼠肠道菌群数量的影响。方法:将60只清洁级昆明小鼠随机分为6组,即空白对照组,模型组,妈咪爱组,二术止泻汤剂低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,除空白组外使用番泻叶水煎液灌胃建立小鼠腹泻脾虚泄泻模型,予二术止泻汤治疗后,无菌状态下收集小鼠新鲜粪便,定量检测脾虚泄泻模型大鼠肠道菌群数量。结果:与空白组比较,模型组肠道菌群数量有显著差异(P<0.05),说明造模成功;与模型组比较,二术止泻汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组及妈咪爱组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠杆菌数量较模型组显著增加(P>0.05),肠球菌、类杆菌(致病菌)数量较模型组明显减少。结论:二术止泻汤能明显促进肠道有益菌的生成,抑制致病菌的繁殖和转移,调整肠道菌群。
Objective: To observe the influence of the numbers of intestinal flora in mice with diarrhoea by Erzhu Zhixie decoction. Methods: 60 clean kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,namely blank control group,model group,mommy love group,low dose group of Erzhu Zhixie Decoction,middle dose group of Erzhu Zhixie Decoction,high dose group of Erzhu Zhixie Decoction. The blank group with senna water decoction to establish spleen deficient model. After the treatment of Erzhu Zhixie Decoction,collect fresh dejection in mice under aseptic condition,the quantitative detection of spleen deficient diarrhea model rat intestinal flora. Results: Compared with blank group,model group of intestinal flora number have significant differences,suggests it' s success of building. Compared with model group,the Erzhu Zhixie Decoction group of low dose,middle dose,high dose and mommy love bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterobacter number increased significantly in the model group,enterococcus,number of kinds of bacteria( pathogens) compared with model group decreased significantly. Conclusion: Erzhu Zhixie Decoction can obviously promote the formation of intestinal bacteria,inhibiting pathogenic bacteria breeding and transfer,adjust the intestinal flora.
