摘要
目的建立罗红霉素的离子液体增敏荧光测定法。方法罗红霉素在λ_(ex)/λ_(em)=310nm/420nm处产生微弱荧光,加入离子液体(Bmim)PF_6后,荧光强度大大增强,对影响罗红霉素荧光强度的因素:浓度、酸度、时间、温度等进行了详细探究。罗红霉素在2.0×10^(-7)~8.0×10^(-6)mol/L范围内与其荧光强度有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9989,检出限1.8×10^(-7)mol/L,回收率在92%~104%。结果利用本法测定罗红霉素药品中有效成分的含量,药物制剂中罗红霉素的测定值与标示值相吻合。结论该法可以作为该制剂含量测定的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a new method for the determination of erythromycin by Ionic liquid Sensitized Fluorescence Spectrometry. Methods Erythromycin can produce a weak fluorescence in the place of the λex/λem=310/420nm, fluorescence intensity was enhanced greatly by ionic liquid (Bmim) PF6, the main factors influencing the erythromycin fluorescence intensity such as concentration, acidity, time, temperature had carried on the detailed research. Erythromycin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0×107-8.0× 10^-6mol/L, correlation coefficient was 0.9989, the detection limit was 1.8~ 107mol/L, and in the recovery of 92%-104%. Results The measured value was coincide with the marked value for the determination of erythromycin in pharmaceutical formulation. Conclusion This method can be a method of quality contyol for determination of erythromycin.
