摘要
目的:测定罗红霉素的含量。方法:采用可见分光光度法。结果:罗红霉素与茜素红在乙醇-水介质中发生电荷转移反应生成荷移络合物,荷移络合物在525nm 处有最大吸收,表观摩尔吸光系数是7.03×10~3L·mol^(-1)·L^(-1),该络合物的组成是1:1,稳定常数是8.7×10~4。药物浓度在10-110mg·L^(-1)范围内服从比耳定律,方法平均回收率在99.0%以上,重现性试验 RSD 为1.7%(n=6)。结论:方法稳定、准确、简便、快速,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective:To determine the content of roxithromycin.Method:Spectrophotometry based on the charge transfer reaction between roxithromycin as donor and alizarin red as acceptor in alcohol-water solution was used. Results:The apparent molar absorptivity of complex is 7.03×10~3 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 525 nm.The composition and stability constant are 1:1 and 8.7×10~4 respectively.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 10-110 mg·L^(-1) of roxithromycin.The average recovery is over 99.0%.The relative standard deviation of six determinations is 1.7%. Conclusion:The method is stable,accurate and simple.
