摘要
2006年从云南引入地盘松(Pinus yunnanensis var.pygmaea)种子,在浙江省淳安县金峰乡育苗,次年春在该乡百照村海拔580 m处造林。结果表明:5年生幼树保存率达73%,植株已进入开花结实期,树高、地径和冠幅分别比马尾松小33.6%、32.2%和18.9%,平均萌发新枝梢142.5个/株,侧芽萌发枝31个/株,剪口创伤与顶芽受损后有78.6%的枝茬萌发新梢,当年萌发新枝中雄球花枝占57.2%,花粉成熟采收期比马尾松迟7~8 d,阳坡幼树平均萌发雄球花枝数和雄球花穗长分别比半阴坡高292.4%和11.8%,花粉内含营养成分与马尾松、油松、云南松相比,镁、钾、磷、锌及蛋白质居首位,氨基酸总含量仅低于马尾松12.7%,而分别高于云南松、油松49.6%、35.6%。
Pinus yunnanensis vat. pygmaea seeds were introduced from Yunnan and seeding in 2006 in Chuan'an, Zhejiang province. Next year, 1-year seedlings were planted in Chun'an at altitude of 580 m. Meanwhile, P. massoniana seeds were seeding and seedling were planting for control. The results showed that 6-year saplings of P. yunnanensis var.pygmaeas had 73% of conservation rate. Increment of height, ground diameter, canopy ofP. yunnanensis var.pygmaea was 33.6%, 32.2%, and 18.9% smaller than that ofP. massoniana. 6-year P. yunnanensis var.pygmaeas had mean of 142.5 new shoots and 31 lateral branches. 78.6% of the damaged terminal buds and spikes of P. yunnanensi var.pygmaea had new shoots. Terminals with male cones accounted for 57.2% of new ones in the current year. Period of pollen mature and for harvesting was 7-8 days later than that of P. massoniana. Mean terminals with male cones were 292.4% more and spike of male cones was 12.7% longer at sunny slope than that at shady slope. Pollens ofP. yunnanensis vat. pygmaeas had the most content of Mg, K, P, Zn and protein in, compared with that ofP. massoniana, P. tabuliformis and P. yunnanensis, and the total content of amino acids was 12.7% fewer than that in P. massoniana, but 49.6% and 35.6% higher than that in P. yunnanensis and P. tabuliformis.
