摘要
[目的]为选育马尾松花粉优树,提高松花粉生产的良种化水平。[方法]采用绝对值评选法,以马尾松当年生雄球花枝为调查统计对象,制订出优树初选标准。对预选优树进行生长和产粉性状测试,然后以单株花粉产量为主要指标进行复选。[结果]在淳安姥山林场马尾松良种基地7年生二代育种群体中初选优树11株,决选优树4株,决选优树平均产粉量可达546 g/株,选择效果明显。[结论]马尾松开花结实表型变异丰富,开展松花粉良种选育具有很大潜力。
[ Objective ] To select masson pine pollen plus tree and to enhance the level of improved variety in pine pollen production. [ Method ] Taking the absolute value judgment, the preliminary selection criterion for pollen plus tree was made based on surveying the new branches with male cone of masson pine. As the growth traits and pollen yield properties of the pre-selection superior tree were tested, the re-selection was conducted among candidate trees using per tree pollen yield as the major index. [ Result] 4 of 11 preliminary selected superior trees were selected at the 7-year-old second-generation clonal seed orchard of "Laoshan superior masson pine variety base in Chun' an County". The average yield of pine pollen is 546 g per re-selection plus tree, the selection effects are obvious. [ Conclusion] Abundant phenotypic variation existed among and within masson pine populations, including flowering and fruiting characteristics, there was good selecting and breeding potentiality for pine pollen improved variety.
