摘要
以云驾岭铁矿为例,根据其工程地质条件,通过系统聚类法得到较符合的数种待选方案,在此基础上,运用不确定性层次分析法,综合矿石围岩物理力学性质、矿体产状、矿石品位及价值、矿体赋存深度、矿石和围岩自然性与结块性、矿石品位分布、地表是否允许崩落、采矿方法要求技术条件、矿石加工技术要求9个因素,构造了比较全面的采矿方法分析模型,通过合理建造矩阵得到各个因素的影响权重,并判断出最优的开采方案。根据最终组合权重选择阶段矿房嗣后充填采矿法为最优方案。
Reasonable mining method is closely connected to the safety and profits of a mine. The paper takes Yunjialing Iron Mine in Wuan City as the research subject, obtains several eligible schemes through system clustering method according to the engineering geological conditions. On that basis, uncertainty analytic hierarchy process (AHP) integrates 9 factors including physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock, ore occurrence of ore bodies, ore grade and value,the orebody occurrence depth, ore and naturalness and caking property of surrounding rock and ore grade distribution, availability of caving for the surface, required technical conditions for mining methods, technical requirements for ore processing. A relatively comprehensive mining method of analysis model is established that reasonably constructs matrix weighting, and thus the optimal scheme is determined. According to the final combination weight. the stage room mining and filling method is selected as the optimal scheme.
